The Algoma Housing Authority was established to provide safe and sanitary low income apartments for individuals and double occupants. Today, the Algoma Housing Authority has 39 total apartment rentals at Grand View Terrace in Algoma, Wisconsin. There are 35 one-bedroom apartments and 4 two-bedroom apartments, some of which are wheelchair adapted.

Grand View Terrace is conveniently-located in a peaceful residential setting, but within walking distance of many businesses and services such as grocery, banking, restaurants, gas stations, marinas, fishing beach, parks, and more!.

The Algoma Housing Authority is an independent governmental agency governed by a five-member board of City of Algoma residents. As our funding is derived by tenant-paid rents and grants from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), no municipal tax dollars are used in the operations of the Housing Authority.
